Paris Corporate Housing is now one of the leaders in long-term leasing to expatriate clients in Paris (www.pariscorporatehousing.com).
 

From the very beginning, some of the landlords we work with asked us to deal with the selling of some of their properties, which is typical of all letting activities.
 

For the first seven years, the sales made by AD Associés were therefore carried out under the Paris Corporate Housing brand.
 

In 2018, we decided to give a strong boost to this activity, structuring it around a new brand, with a specific website allowing clear communication.

AD Associés has been registered since 2011 and operates with the professional card CPI 7501 2018 000 023 790 issued by the Chamber of Commerce Paris Ile-de-France, allowing the exercise of the activities of Transaction on buildings and businesses and Property management.

 

The funds in our possession are covered by a guarantee subscribed with LLOYD'S (represented in Paris by SEGAP, 63 Avenue de Suffren, Paris 7th).

Our head office is located at 199 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, on the edge of Avenue Hoche, between Place de l'Etoile and Parc Monceau.
